Getting ready to go

OK, this is Dave posting. I'm helping Caroline get ready for her 5 month trip to New York City, where she'll attend the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Part of that prep is this blog, so Caroline can post updates on her studies, her travels, and her thoughts and feelings for all her friends.
